Refund Policy
All sales are final. Here's exactly what that means and the one narrow exception.

Overview
Salty Shop sells digital products, digital subscriptions, and game-related accounts. Due to the nature of digital goods and instant delivery, all sales are final.
By completing a purchase on https://saltyshop.cc, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy in full.
No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any digital product, subscription, or account once it has been delivered or activated.
This policy applies regardless of usage, time since purchase, or subscription duration.
Limited Refund Exception
A refund or replacement may be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The product is provably defective due to an error on our end
- The issue prevents basic functionality as advertised
- The issue is verified by Salty Shop support
- The User has followed all provided troubleshooting steps
Refunds are issued solely at our discretion. If the issue can be resolved through a fix or replacement, a refund will not be provided.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued for any of the following reasons, including but not limited to:
- Incompatibility with the User's system, device, or operating environment
- Failure to review product descriptions or system requirements
- User error, misconfiguration, or misuse
- Third-party software conflicts (including antivirus, firewalls, or system settings)
- Game bans, account suspensions, or restrictions imposed by third parties
- Third-party updates, patches, or service changes
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind
- Subscription cancellations after activation
- Partial usage or remaining subscription time
- Refusal to cooperate with troubleshooting or support instructions
If the issue is determined to be on the User's end, no refund will be granted.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or unauthorized dispute instead of contacting support is a violation of our Terms of Service.
In such cases:
- All access to purchased products and subscriptions will be immediately revoked
- Any active or future subscriptions will be terminated
- The User will be permanently barred from using Salty Shop services
- The User's email, IP address, device identifiers, and payment method may be blacklisted
- Evidence will be submitted to payment processors and dispute platforms
Chargebacks do not override this Refund Policy.

If you believe your product qualifies for the limited refund exception, you must contact us before initiating any dispute:

Failure to contact support first will result in automatic denial of any refund request.
Policy Changes
Salty Shop reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
